Update 04/20/20 – We remain closed to the general public in line with government mandates to quell the spread of COVID-19. However, we are open for the essential workers supporting our community that need a safe place to stay. Our great room and dining areas are closed to provide ample social distancing. We will not be providing breakfast during this time. Essential workers are allowed to bring their own food to their own, private accommodations. Rooms also enjoy the convenience of a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.

Manitou Lodge has operated a premier lodging in the Olympic National Park for over 23 years; as a result, we have seen, experienced and overcome many challenges. We understand that many of you will be affected by the current COVID-19 outbreak and are preparing ourselves as much as we can for the changes that are sure to come. We have temporarily closed our doors due to the statewide lock down implemented by Governor Jay Inslee and fully support measures to quell the spread of this virus. As our country’s leaders continue to evaluate and adjust to the current situation, Manitou Lodge will also be doing the same. We remain committed to our guests’ comfort and safety and will do our utmost to:

  • Keep you updated “up to the minute” as the COVID-19 situation unfolds – both here and via social media posts
  • Work with current reservation holders to accommodate booking changes.
  • Work to ensure that we are prepared to provide outstanding guest experiences, from booking to your actual vacation. We have robust protocols and procedures in place for maintaining safe conditions for both our guests and our staff.

The Olympic Peninsula is about to be in full bloom. The many trails and parks of the Olympic National Park take on a new definition of lush. And, the fauna begin to make more appearances. This year, we plan to partner with local guides and community partners to create unique experiences for you to truly enjoy what this area has to offer. Warming weather means longer, sunnier days and an increased opportunity to sustain healthy conditions. Nature and the great outdoors seem to lend themselves to this healing and cleansing; we anticipate this spring will lead to an increased awareness of that. Our booking engine is online and available for future dates and vacation planning. We are also running a special for dates after Labor Day – Book 2 nights and get the 3rd for free

We are here and will be here for you.
